You will receive a phone call confirming your reservation. Reservations are not complete until you receive the confirmation call.

* We will send you a copy of this form and instructions after receiving your reservation and verifying availability for your party on the date and time requested. At which point you should follow the instructions enclosed in the reply email.

About the Boat

The Vagabond is a fast, comfortable off-shore commercial fishing boat. Vagabond is Coast Guard certified with a head and is well equipped. Although we cannot guarantee fish or lobsters, we make maximum effort to assure our success rate is high.

What to Bring

Warm clothing! It is several degrees cooler on the water. Also bring some kind of rain gear as fog is very wet. Rubber-sole shoes, sunscreen, camera and lunch, and water! We do not have snacks or water on board so if you anticipate wanting anything like this, please come prepared! We recommend bringing a cooler to store your lunch and any other snacks, treats and drinks you might want to bring along for the trip.

Cancellations

Acadia Fishing Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip due to adverse weather conditions or if the 6 passenger minimum has not been met. Notification will be sent out, and there will be no charge made if the cruise is cancelled due to weather conditions as determined by the Captain.

We will give as much advance notice as possible, but it is recommended that reserved passengers call prior to their scheduled departure to confirm the availability of a particular cruise especially when wind and/or fog conditions appear unfavorable.

You must provide a credit card to confirm the reservation. Without that we will cancel the place saved for you 24 hours before, and sell it to another customer.

Any cancellation for a trip must be made 24 hours (BY 8AM) the day before the trip date or you will be charged.

On the Web

All web reservations must be made 24 hours in advance, and must be confirmed with a credit card before the reservation is valid.
* Trip not recommended for children under 5.

Payment

We do NOT take payment at the time you are confirming the reservation. You are only confirming the reservation with this form. You pay at the boat with cash or a credit card. Cash is preferred since it takes less time to process and allows us to get started sooner.

6 Passenger Minimum

Acadia Fishing Tours trips are limited to 20 people. If the minimum is not met, we will try to schedule you for another time.

Restrictions

There will be no afternoon tours during the 2022 season.

Federal Law in 2015 deems that cod and wolf fish must be catch and release.

Cod fishing open from September 15^th - September 30^th.

Cod fish must be 21" or greater. Bag limit is 1 fish per angler.
